Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for leveraging digital marketing channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through our website. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms to achieve business objectives and bring in inbound gated leads.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, leveraging channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation and Management: Responsible for content creation, storytelling and optimization of compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through effective SEO strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and link building. Manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, design compelling email templates, and analyze campaign performance.
- Website Management and Optimization: Oversee the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines. Monitor website performance, analyze visitor behavior, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and improve key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messages for various digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $59,553.97 – $79,677.90 per year
